Charter Oak Apartments

Fredrick Brown Hall, Charles S. Foster Hall, Henry R. Hoisington Hall, Burke Hough Hall, Arthur S. Hubbard Hall, Andrew K. Thompson Hall

The Charter Oak is home to 619 students. The complex is comprised of 6, three story buildings and a Community Center. There is a variety of living options available ranging from four bedroom/four person to two bedroom/four person apartments. Rooms are furnished with a full size bed in four bedroom apartments, an XL twin bed for two bedroom apartments, desk and dresser. The apartments have a full kitchen, living room, laundry room, dining area and bathroom. Individual apartments are single sex.

Telephone, cable and computer connectivity is also provided. Students living in the Charter Oak Apartments are not required to purchase a meal plan. Custodial Services are not provided. Residence Life staff are on site to assist students as needed.
