Report Leaks - Help UConn Save Water

A leaky faucet can waste 20 gallons or more per day. Here's how to report a leak using the online Work Orders system.

1. Go to: Report Maintenance Issues.
2. Log into the system using your NetID and Password.
3. Once you are logged in, go to the left menu and choose:
   > Student Central
       > Work Orders
4. Your residential information should appear.
5. Scroll down to the form at the bottom of the page.
6. Select either Common Area Problems or Lavatory Problems from the drop-down menu.
7. Select the option that best matches the issue you wish to report.
8. Choose "Other" if none of the options match the issue you wish to report.
9. Click the "Submit" button to send your report.
