Graduate Housing is only offered to graduate students enrolled at the Storrs campus. Graduate housing is located in Northwood Apartments. Northwood graduate apartments are fully furnished and include a kitchen, small dining area, living room, a bathroom, and two single-occupancy bedrooms.  Additional details, including floor plans and a virtual tour can be found on the Northwood Apartments page. The University does not have family housing available for students.

Graduate Housing Contract Graduate students who accept on-campus housing are financially responsible for room fees for the entire academic year, or the portion of the academic year that remains at the time of occupancy. For more information, view the 2017-2018 Housing Contract.

Graduate Housing Update

Fall 2017 Graduate Housing: As of June 19th, all graduate housing spaces have been filled for the Fall 2017 semester on the Storrs campus.  We are no longer accepting Fall 2017 applications.  Please write to livingoncampus@uconn.edu if you are interested in Fall 2017 graduate housing, but, please note it is highly unlikely we will have on-campus spaces open during the fall semester.  To assist you in identifying off-campus housing options, please review this webinar and the website for the office of Off-Campus Student Services: http://offcampus.uconn.edu/

Spring 2018 Graduate Housing: The Spring 2018 Graduate Housing Application will become available beginning October 9, 2017.  To gain access to this application, please write to livingoncampus@uconn.edu to state your student identification number and make this request.  Please be aware that we do not expect many/any graduate housing spaces to open for the Spring 2018 semester.  Upon applying for Spring 2018 graduate housing, you will be placed on our waiting list and we will communicate with you via your UConn e-mail should a space for you become available.  We also recommend looking at off-campus housing options through the links above with Off-Campus Student Services.
