Its that time of year and it is starting to get colder outside. If your room is too cold, please check the following:

-Make sure your window is closed and latched.

-All belongings have been removed away from the heater so it can get good air flow.

-If you are trying to set the temp by calling it in, that you are doing it within the appropriate range of 68 to 72 degrees. Please also dial slowly.

-Check your heater knob. If it is on 0 or snowflake that means it is off.

-If you have a thermostat move the dial and check to see if it is making a clicking sound. This means the thermostat is working and there is a problem with the heater.

-If you have a heater knob and it falls off, please call 860.486.9000.

When calling The Front Desk at 860.486.9000 please make sure you let the staff know everything that you have attempted with your heat issues so it can best be directed to the correct staff. Thank you

Have you lost your keys? If so, did you check the following places?*

-Your car;

-Your friend’s room;

-Your room;

-Your pockets.

Please thoroughly check your room and any places you have been recently.
We may not be able to cancel the lock change once it has been submitted.
