Students Arriving During the Semester
Students who arrive to campus during the semester should work directly with their Hall Director office to make check in plans. Please refer to the Hall Director Listing for specific staff member contacts.

New Process for Students returning to their Fall 2018 assignment:
- Students who are returning to their Fall 2018 assignment will log into MyHousing to complete the self check-in process. Access Personal Preferences, select Spring 2019 and indicate that they are on campus. Returning students should complete the self check-in prior to arrival to campus so card access is activated to hall. Please follow instruction emails sent to University email sent on January 15-18, 2019. Card access to hall will be activated by 9:00 am on January 19 if student completed self check-in prior to arrival.
