Room Changes
Room changes take place in three formats:
- Trading Spaces -- two students swap rooms with each other
- Room Change -- a student can request to move to a vacant space or request a specific room (when available)
- Online Room Change -- in the summer, students can view all available vacancies and select a new room.
Housing Cancellation
The Housing Cancellation process must be followed if a student is no longer interested in, or able, to live in campus housing for their contractually obligated time frame.
