UConn has secured apartments in the Oaks on the Square through a partnership with this property location, for 2024-2025. These apartments are located in various buildings throughout the downtown area. Students are living in three person/three bedroom apartments, three person/two bedroom apartments, and two bedroom/two person apartments. Internet connectivity is provided and apartment residents are not required to purchase a meal plan. Custodial services are not provided to clean individual apartments.
There are 3 Resident Assistants (Ras) living in the area led by a Hall Director (HD).
