Welcome to Northwood Apartments

Northwood Apartments is located on Northwood Road, just off of North Eagleville Road on the western perimeter of the University of Connecticut campus. The complex consists of 94 apartment units, a laundry room, and a mail area. Northwood Apartments is designated for single graduate students and undergraduate students.

Units have two bedrooms, a single bath, a living room, and a kitchen. Hot water, heat, electricity, basic cable, maintenance services, trash and snow removal services are provided.

Cable TV and internet connectivity is also provided. Students living in Northwood Apartments are not required to purchase a meal plan. Custodial services are not provided. Residential Life staff are on site to assist students as needed.

  • Graduate Student Apartments: Two single occupancy bedrooms.

• Parking: Residents must purchase a University parking decal, available from Parking Services.

Mail Information:
Northwood Residents pick up their mail from the mailboxes at the bus stop. Packages will be left outside of the apartment door. All mail in Northwood is delivered by the United States Postal Service.
